PLACING AN ORDER
Placing your order is easy, you just send the e-mail to jyri@travelclub.ee
Send the description and quantities of products you wish to order and also send your full address.
However, please note that you must be at least 18 years old to order from our tobacco shop

ORDER STATUS
After you've placed your order at our Tobacco Shop you will be notified by e-mail where you will find the invoice from attachment.
The invoice you can pay by Credit Card (if your order not contains tobacco products: filters, smoking accessories etc.) or by bank transfer (tobacco, cigars and cigarettes).

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
The products are of the highest quality available on the market.
Not all brands we sell are shown on the Home page. Please feel free to ask for the product you are interested to buy.

PAYMENT
All prices in our web store are presented in Estonian kroons (EEK). Exchange rate: 1 EUR = 15.6466 EEK
However, international buyers will receive the invoice in EUR or USD

DELIVERY
We deliver our products all over the world.
We send our orders by certified/registered airmail.
Please note that we provide courier and express delivery only if client wishes.
All parcels contain no indications of its contents on the package.
The delivery usually takes 7-14 business days starting from the shipping date.
Delivery cost depends of the weight of the package.

CUSTOMS
The declared value and weight of our parcels comply with the prescribed international terms.
The parcels are sealed and cannot be opened for postal inspection.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE
We offer a 100% money back guarantee covering the price of the order and shipping costs if, for any reason, your order is lost in mail.

SECURITY
Your credit card details are not available for us and used only to process your order online by our processing company.

PRIVACY
We never share, sell or pass your personal information such as name, address and e-mail to any third party.
This information is used only to process and ship your order, and to assist you in your inquiries on its status.
We do not collect non-personally identifiable information like the URL you came from, IP address, domain types (like .com or .org and so on), your browser type, the country, state and telephone area code where your server is located, the pages of our site that were viewed during a visit, the advertisements you clicked.

CLAIMS AND REFUND
If you have not received your order within 30 days, it's declared as lost or stolen.
Please, send an email to jyri@travelclub.ee containing invoice #, your name, shipping address.
Your claim must be approved by official post authority during 10 working days upon our requirement.
When approval is completed you are guaranteed to receive your order according to the terms of delivery time.
In the unlikely event that a faulty or incorrect order is received by the Customer, the Company will replace it immediately following our subsequent receipt of those goods.
If this is impossible, we will make a full refund of the purchase price Such Goods must be returned to us within 10 days of represented receipt.
The Customer will be responsible for arranging return transportation, and postage costs thus incurred will be on Customer's account without subsequent reimbursement.
Should your goods be seized by Customs and Excise, we are unable to refund any money until the appeals procedures have been undertaken and confirmation of the outcome has been received within seven days of its conclusion in writing to the Company.
In the unlikely event that goods are not subsequently returned to you by the Customs and Excise, and having complied with the Company's Terms and Conditions, we will replace your order FREE OF CHARGE.

REMARKS
We speak English, Finnish and Russian.
The descriptions of the goods are usually in Estonian language and all our products are not listed.
